There are many factors that can be considered why product photo may appear different online.  Some of those are:

• Lighting - this is an essential contributor for a product to be presentable.  Light source and everything around the environment affects the overall appearance of the item.
• Technical Specification of Viewing Device - obviously not all devices have same capabilities, thus a picture may look colorful on 1 device while it may be dull on the other.

• Non-damage Item - we honor product returns should it does not meet your expectations upon delivery.  While some items does not require to be assembled, some items does needs to upon delivery.  In this case, should you find the item delivered and assembled to be unacceptable, we guarantee you that returning it to us is not an issue.  Immediately advice our assembly technician to have it return.  Please expect proper documentation by our staff before they leave your premises.
• Wrong Item - it is rightfully accepted on our part to grant your return if it is completely not what you ordered.  Missing spare part will be considered wrong item thus you can return it or settle the missing spare part by contacting us to request a claim.

A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s) that has been returned provided it falls within the acceptable return policy mentioned above.  Please note that a delivery charged will be deducted should the order be cancelled.  Meaning, if an item which has been returned only has a missing spare part that needs to be fulfilled and does not need to cancel the order, then we will re-deliver the item with the complete parts without any additional charges.  Otherwise, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:
